We are growing in 2024 and are looking for a General Manager to join us in our new store, opening in Woodbury Common Premium Outlets.
If you can energize and challenge your team to maximize the brand, and their own potential then we want to hear from you! You will play a pivotal role in creating a first-class shopping experience for our customers.
Through collaboration, you will coach and support your team to reach their own professional goals and drive excellence to impact sales and customer service KPIs.
Key accountabilities and KPIs include:
Take direct ownership of store performance identifying opportunities for further growth Maintain a commercial approach to role and operations, to maximize store profitability Nurture, coach and develop strong diverse teams with a focus on delivering first class customer experience Proactively identify opportunities to ensure continued success in the store Recognize key areas of strength within the team and areas for growth Who are we looking for? You will be:
A customer-centric leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Focused on building brand loyalty by implementing and heading up a clear clientelling strategy.
Capable in managing high performing teams in a store or concession setting.
Able to demonstrate your ability to influence and coach colleagues and sustain trusted relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Confident in your delivery and motivated to add value, utilizing the strengths of your team around you to think 'bigger picture'.
A natural role model with a passion and authority, you are both a 'people' as well as a 'commercial' person.
Passionate about being on the shop floor interacting with our customers whilst sharing your knowledge and expertise with authority and confidence.
